Job description

  • You will be responsible for providing telephone support to customers with enquiries in the area of tenant support
  • You will answer and process telephone calls
  • Data maintenance on the PC is also part of your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • You have commercial training or experience in this professional field or in a call centre
  • Your smile can be heard through the phone
  • You are customer-oriented and work independently
  • You are willing to work shifts
  • You enjoy working in a team, but also like to work from home
