• You will produce injection moulding tools and devices using common processes such as milling, turning and grinding
• aYou will use graphical work instructions, drawings, 3D data and parts lists to manufacture, process and assemble equipment, tool inserts for injection moulds and sample parts
• You will independently carry out repair work on tools
• dYou will set up and operate conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools.controlled machine tools is your responsibility
• You check the functions of the manufactured tools and, if necessary, carry out corrective work independently
• In addition, you develop production concepts in a targeted manner
• You prepare set-up processes for production machines, carry them out and take care of the follow-up work
• You will also take on other tasks in toolmaking

• You have completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), tool mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• with your professional experience in tool or mould making you are well prepared - ideally you have knowledge of Heidenhain programming, CAM and/or CAD applications
• dIn addition, you have a confident command of written and spoken German
• Flexible, reliable, committed and independent in your approach to work
• You are characterised by your high level of quality awareness, commitment, excellent German language skills and ability to work in a team
