- You will manufacture, maintain and repair high-precision tools, moulds and devices for our production
- With modern machines and a great deal of dexterity, you will process metal by turning, milling, grinding, drilling and eroding
- You will read technical drawings with confidence and implement them precisely, whether in new construction or during repairs
- In addition, you detect wear or faults in tools at an early stage and provide quick solutions to ensure that production runs smoothly
- In close coordination with production and quality assurance, you optimise tool functions and actively contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- You have completed training as a tool mechanic (m/f/d) - ideally in the field of mould technology, punching technology or fixture construction
- You have experience in working with conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools
- Technical understanding, technical understanding, manual dexterity and a high degree of precision characterise you
- Good written and spoken German language skills and a valid work permit
- You work independently, in a structured manner and maintain an overview even with complex tasks
- Teamwork is a matter of course for you, as is the willingness to work shifts if necessary
