Job description
- You create tools, devices and operating equipment and ensure that production runs smoothly that production runs smoothly
- Precisely manufacture replacement parts for defective tools and equipment and quickly restore their usability
- Continuously optimise existing tools and production processes and actively contribute your ideas
- Consistently observe safety regulations consistently and thus contribute to a safe working environment
- You support and promote improvement processes and actively participate in their implementation
- You reliably carry out maintenance measures and ensure technical availability
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in the metal sector, ideally as a tool mechanic or toolmaker
- several years of relevant professional experience is desirable and will make it easier for you to get started
- good knowledge of conventional manufacturing technologies such as milling, turning and grinding as well as in the use of CNC machine tools
- good German language skills and a valid work permit are part of your profile
- advanced knowledge such as programming and PC know-how, CAD experience, maintenance or quality inspection are an advantage for you
- teamwork, reliability and a high level of commitment characterise you
