Job description

  • You will be responsible for the assembly of tools according to the precise specifications of the setting plans in order to ensure accurate and error-free production of the components
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the exact measurement and setting of precisely fitting tools using ZOLLER setting devices, which forms the basis for high product quality
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the reconditioning, equipping and issuing of tools to ensure the continuous provision of the required resources for production
  • The inventory management of tools and components as well as the maintenance of the warehouse management system are also part of your daily tasks, to enable seamless tracking
  • As part of your job, you will support the provision of the correct measuring equipment and operating resources according to the respective specifications in order to ensure smooth production processes
  • Finally, you will be responsible for receiving orders, checking tool lists with different work contents and ensuring that all required materials are available

Requirements

  • You have completed technical training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or tool mechanic (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification that will enable you to familiarise yourself quickly
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the use and presetting of cutting tools, ideally in an industrial environment, to support the complex manufacturing processes
  • Your confident knowledge in the acceptance of orders (e.g. tool lists with different work contents and your adept handling of technical documents characterise you
