• You make bookings in the ERP system independentlysystem and always maintain an overview
• In the event of complaints and returns, you trigger the appropriate processes
• You label and store incoming goods in accordance with regulations
• You make the prepared orders available on time
• You professionally hand over products to be dispatched to the shipping department
