Job description
- You are responsible for day-to-day operations in order picking
- You ensure smooth processes and compliance with quality and performance targets
- You are also responsible for the allocation and coordination of staff according to qualifications
- You provide support in the planning and implementation of projects and process optimisations
- You are the contact person for employees in shift operations and the interface to adjacent areas
Requirements
- You have completed training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- you have experience in a management position as well as experience in shop floor management and 5S
- you also have driving experience with forklift trucks and experience in loading and unloading lorries
- you have a valid forklift licence
- . and unloading trucks are an advantage for you
- you have a valid forklift licence
- you are confident in using MS Office
- you have a good command of written and spoken German
- you are willing to work in shifts
- you are reliable and a team player
- a valid work permit rounds off your profile
