• You book and stow ingredient deliveries in the warehouse
• You pick and pack ingredients (such as zips, buttons, etc.) for trouser production abroad and use a pallet truck manually
• You regularly check stocks independently and process shortages
• Inventories in the warehouse.
• You regularly check the stocks independently and process missing quantities
• You regularly carry out inventories in the ingredients warehouse and post them in the BO merchandise management system
• Tracking the goods receipt confirmations from the production companies is also part of your tasks
• Every few weeks you clarify delivery dates and queries with foreign companies, primarily in English
• you organise the warehouse independently, adapt existing processes and actively introduce improvements

• Ideally, you have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You can also score points with sound professional experience, especially in textile processing
• Your confident PC user skills, especially in the BO merchandise management system, Outlook and Excel, speak in your favour
• you are punctual, reliable, hard-working and a team player
• you have a good command of English and a basic knowledge of French would also be an advantage
• your ability to work independently rounds off your profile
• the prerequisite for employment is valid work papers (work permit)
