• You will independently and carefully carry out goods receipt and incoming goods inspection of raw materials in the form of rolled goods
• You will receive adhesives in IBC containers or by lorry and ensure their safe handling
• You will accurately record all incoming goods in the ERP system and reliably document all movements
• You will coordinate and communicate the flow of goods with external storage facilities, so that all processes run smoothly
• You are responsible for the internal supply of raw materials to the production machines and properly store manufactured semi-finished goods
• close cooperation and coordination with the production, adhesive production and purchasing departments, work preparation and purchasing departments is part of your everyday work
• You create delivery notes and shipping documents for outgoing finished goods correctly and on time
• Prepare and carry out inventories and stock checks with a sense of responsibility
• Compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations is your focus during all your activities

• You have completed training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the warehouse area helps you to efficiently implement all tasks
• You are confident in using ERP systems and have a good knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to work shifts makes you flexible
• Good written and spoken German skills support you in documentation and communication within the team
• With a valid work permit and residence in Germany, you are ideally positioned for this position
