• When operating and monitoring weaving machines, you will work attentively and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You will set up machines independently, including tying, tying
• You carry out minor maintenance work according to specifications and thus support system availability
• You carefully check the quality of the manufactured fabrics and document deviations
• You actively participate in the optimisation of production processes and contribute your own ideas

• You have completed training as a weaver (m/f/d), textile machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in weaving, ideally as a weaver (m/f/d) or with master craftsman experience, is available
• You have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system
• You are characterised by a high level of quality awareness, technical understanding and manual skills
• The ability to work in a team, commitment and a sense of responsibility round off your profile
