• You prepare components responsibly, cut them to size, adjust them and clean them up so that the next production stage runs smoothly
• Precise joining of metal parts using various welding processes (MIG, MAG, TIG, electrodes) are your daily business and ensure stable results
• You regularly check the quality of your weld seams through visual inspection and various test procedures, to ensure permanently high standards
• you take responsibility for the care and maintenance of welding equipment and compliance with safety regulations
• you read technical drawings carefully and put them reliably into practice
• independent and team-oriented work enables you to optimise production processes

• Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship in the metal industry, e.g. as a fitter (m/f/d), metal worker (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• alternatively, you can also score points as a career changer (m/f/d) with several years of practical experience in welding
• you are proficient in various welding methods (TIG, MAG, MIG, electrode) and use them efficiently
• Ideally, you will have valid welding qualifications or relevant certificates
• Experienced handling of measuring and testing equipment and technical and testing equipment as well as technical documents is a matter of course for you
• good written and spoken German language skills make it easier for you to communicate in everyday working life
