- You ensure that goods are in the right place at the right time
- You look after customers and suppliers alike and are the central interface in the national and international flow of goods
- The preparation of quotations, orders and delivery notes is just as much a part of your job as checking invoices and delivery documents
- You obtain quotations, compare conditions, conduct price negotiations and actively contribute to the optimisation of purchasing and sales processes
- in day-to-day business, you maintain an overview of stock levels and delivery deadlines and coordinate smooth processes with other departments
- maintain master data, deal with complaints and support the processing of customs and export procedures
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, ideally as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- You can score points with a good command of English and German
- Organisation and communication are your strengths
- You are confident and work in a customer- and solution-oriented manner
- You work independently, structured and with a high degree of reliability
- A good understanding of numbers and quick comprehension round off your profile
