Job description


  • You coordinate the entire logistics chain, from order receipt to on-time customer delivery, including monitoring import and export processes
  • You process enquiries independently, coordinate delivery dates, inform colleagues and specialist departments and always maintain an overview
  • You take responsibility for import and export documents, including statistical reports and customs-relevant documents
  • As the central interface between purchasing, warehouse, sales and international locations, you ensure smooth preparation and follow-up of the flow of goods
  • You focus on the essentials without losing sight of the big picture and take an active and solution-oriented approach to challenges
  • You are committed to process optimisation projects within logistics and customs clearance and help shape processes

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) and have sound experience in the field of logistics and forwarding
  • With common IT applications such as SAP andapplications such as SAP, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • You are familiar with the processes involved in the customs clearance of goods and are part of your daily work
  • Your German language skills are characterised by a high level of written and spoken German
  • You can also communicate well in English, both orally and in writing
  • You show a great interest in developing yourself professionally and in the future, developing professionally and taking on new challenges
  • analytical thinking is one of your particular strengths and helps you to grasp complex relationships quickly
