• You create, maintain and update work plans and time specifications according to REFA and ensure efficient processes in production
• You develop work instructions independently and ensure that all colleagues can work with clear specifications
• You create process flow charts:You create process flow charts, actively participate in process FMEAs as well as system and design FMEAs and thus structure the processes
• You define measures to maintain process reliability, such as maintenance plans and documentation, and implement them professionally
• Facilities, You continuously optimise facilities, workstations and processes and contribute innovative ideas
• You design and develop test benches for heating and air conditioning products, including the creation of specifications and relevant documentation
• In the event of malfunctions in the production process, you search specifically for faults and implement effective solutions

• You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a successfully completed training as a master craftswoman or technician with an electrical engineering background
• REFA training with an additional MTM qualification is desirable for you
• first experience in the application of LEAN techniques makes it easier for you to optimise processes
• practical experience in work preparation in an industrial company
