- You monitor and coordinate the work processes in the workshop and ensure that everything runs smoothly
- You diagnose technical problems on trucks in a targeted manner and develop suitable solutions
- You actively manage and motivate around three truck fitters
- You reliably comply with the specified standards for safety, order and quality
- As a technical contact person, you look after customers and are responsible for preparing quotations and orders
Requirements
- You have completed training in the automotive sector or have a comparable qualification
- You have professional experience in the automotive or truck sector
- You have a good command of German
- You have a car driving licence, A truck driver's licence is advantageous
- You have a valid work permit for Germany
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility characterise your way of working
