- You will operate and program CNC lathes
- Your task is to machine workpieces on complex, multi-axis machines, especially on turning centres
- In addition, you will work with various control systems such as TRAUB, FANUC or SIEMENS
- You are responsible for setting up and setting up CNC lathes
- You program CNC machines for new workpieces and new projects
- Your responsibilities include optimising existing CNC programs and tools
- You are responsible for test planning, analyse and evaluate measurement results and work at the interface with complaints management
- You actively contribute your innovative suggestions to improving work processes
Requirements
- You have successfully completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or comparable vocational training
- You have experience in working with multi-axis machines and turning centres
- You have sound knowledge in the operation and programming of CNC lathes
- Good knowledge in the handling of control systems such as TRAUB, FANUC or SIEMENS characterise you
- In addition, you have very good German language skills (at least B2 level)
- You are willing to work alternating shifts (2 shifts)
- You work independently and are a team player
- You have a high willingness to learn, resilience and flexibility are among your strengths
- You have a high degree of initiative and are characterised by a structured and analytical way of working
