- You will draw up tenancy agreements and oversee the management of flats from A to Z
- Apartment inspections and handovers are part of your area of responsibility
- You will be responsible for the annual utility bills
Requirements
- You have completed training in the property sector, e.g. as a real estate agent (m/f/d) and ideally have gained experience in tenant support
- You can confidently apply tenancy law in practice
- Basic knowledge of accounting and operating costs is part of your portfolio
- Knowledge of WODIS Sigma and Microsoft 365 is an advantage for you
- An open, communicative and friendly manner, communicative and friendly demeanour characterise you
