We carry out a structured and transparent selection process for our internal positions in the branches and in the competence center. This may include a short telephone interview. In a personal interview, we get to know you using a competency-based guideline. A practical task will make the requirements of the position tangible for you. If you apply for a position in temporary employment, you will be employed by persona service and work in our client's company. As several parties are involved here, our interview may be followed by a further appointment directly at the customer's premises. In this way, we ensure that the assignment is a good fit for all parties, both professionally and personally.
