Job description
- You will provide expert advice to internal customers regarding the efficient use of hardware and software:internal customers regarding the efficient use of hardware and software as part of technical support
- In addition, you are responsible for the careful recording of complex customer requirements and the subsequent review and processing of these requests in a cross-team context
- Furthermore, you will supervise the installation and configuration of new workstation systems, taking into account internal IT security guidelines for a smooth workflow in everyday work
- Proactive troubleshooting and troubleshooting in the event of system malfunctions in direct exchange with the users:Inside is also part of your daily tasks

Requirements
- You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d) or IT systems management specialist (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in technical customer support and in the independent processing of tickets in the area of IT user support
- Your solid knowledge of the administration of Windowsoperating systems and the common Microsoft Office applications characterise you in your daily work
- You have a native level of written and spoken German and good specialist knowledge of English for communication in an international corporate environment
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of service orientation and resilience in dealing with time-critical enquiries from internal customers:
