Job description

  • You will be responsible for the support, maintenance and further development of the local IT workstation infrastructure with Windows, Intune and SCCM as well as the installation and configuration of end devices and software
  • The direct support of users:On-site (2nd level support), hands-on, solution-oriented and personal is in your area of responsibility
  • In addition, you are responsible for analysing and resolving network, client and workplace problems as well as supporting the maintenance and optimisation of the network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN) in cooperation with the global network team
  • You work on IT infrastructure projects in the Central Europe region and are the technical contact person for local IT issues as well as support for global rollouts and the introduction of new technologies
  • In addition, you are responsible for taking responsibility in projects and providing technical guidance to colleagues:within the scope of joint tasks
  • you will create technical documentation, conduct training courses and regularly liaise with international teams in German and English

Requirements

  • You have a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification (e.g. IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d))
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support or infrastructure environment are required for the position
  • You have good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, Intune, SCCM and remote support tools
  • You have basic knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN, DNS, firewall, etc.).
  • Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and ITSM systems have been part of your tasks
  • Your language skills in German and English are business fluent (at least C1 level)
  • You are characterised by a structured way of working, high customer orientation and the ability to work in a team
