• You will be responsible for creating and maintaining 3D layouts for production facilities, logistics areas and chemical parks for the virtual validation and optimisation of all factory structures
• You will also be responsible for the precise planning of factory layouts, material flows, workstations, pipework, equipment and complex steel structures
• Furthermore, you will oversee the execution of relevant simulations, precise collision checks and compliance with prescribed safety distances in Ex zones and escape routes
• Your responsibilities also include the introduction of modern 3D planning software and providing active support during practical commissioning and technical implementation on site
• As part of your role, you will support the integration of CAD data and work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production, Logistics and external partners
• Furthermore, you will support decision-making processes by professionally creating clear visualisations, informative presentations and conducting regular reviews
• Finally, you will be responsible for the continuous development and optimisation of all existing planning standards, internal processes and the methodologies used

• You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d), Production Engineering (m/f/d) or Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)
• You also have experience with 3D planning tools such as visTable, factory planning, Lean Production, material flow analyses and, ideally, knowledge of explosion protection or ATEX zone planning
• Your solid knowledge of CAD software, as well as your familiarity with production processes and technical equipment, sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have business-fluent German and a good command of English to communicate confidently within international project teams
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of assertiveness when dealing with external suppliers, as well as a strong safety awareness
• Finally, you are a team player and solution-oriented, and even under tight deadlines, you always work in a highly structured and detail-oriented manner
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
