• You will look after national and international clients and continuously develop business relationships with existing clients
• In direct client business, you will actively secure new clients and acquire new projects
• You will manage international representatives independently and coordinate collaboration with them
• You will develop bespoke solutions and concepts for your clients and actively drive product development forward
• Working closely with departments such as product development, production and logistics, you ensure smooth implementation
• You take responsibility for turnover and sales volumes for your client base and report directly to senior management
• You keep a close eye on market and competitive developments in the cosmetics sector and use this information to devise sales strategies
• You plan and coordinate your travel arrangements independently and visit clients and representatives on site worldwide

• You have successfully completed a degree or have equivalent commercial or technical vocational training
• You have several years’ relevant professional experience in sales and account management, ideally with an affinity for the cosmetics sector
• You have sound IT skills and a very good command of MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a very good command of English
• You are happy to travel worldwide for around 85 days a year
• You demonstrate a high level of commitment, initiative and strong teamwork skills when initiating projects independently
