• You will carry out day-to-day financial accounting independently
• You will post business transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounts, in SAP Business One
• You will carry out bank accounting by posting bank statements and creating payment proposal lists
• You monitor and process payment runs on a daily basis
• You prepare financial statements in consultation with the Controlling department in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS, and assist with consolidation
• You prepare and reconcile advance VAT returns
• You organise accounting workflows and further develop internal processes
• You will liaise with tax advisers, auditors and other external contacts on accounting matters
• You will prepare regular reports for the Head of Finance

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or accountant (m/f/d)
• You have several years’ professional experience in financial accounting and the preparation of financial statements
• You have sound IT skills, including confidence in using MS Office, SAP Business One and DATEV
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You stand out thanks to your strong team spirit, reliability and ability to work independently
