• You record incoming invoices, check them for mandatory details and formal accuracy, forward them for approval, monitor the approval processes and post documents without a purchase order
• You will post business transactions to accounts payable, accounts receivable, the general ledger and fixed asset accounts
• You will process recurring entries (e.g. rent, accruals, provisions)
• You maintain accounts payable, carry out payment runs, process reminders, manage guarantee certificates and resolve discrepancies in balance confirmations
• you will carry out filing and administrative tasks

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have also gained experience in bookkeeping
• knowledge of SAP-FI and experience with electronic invoice processing would be an advantage
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A good head for figures, reliability, the ability to work in a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
