• You will take on general administrative tasks as part of day-to-day office work
• You will assist with day-to-day bookkeeping, including payments processing
• You will manage the dunning process and follow up on outstanding items
• As part of the back-office team, you will handle customer enquiries reliably and on time
• You will record orders and oversee their processing through to completion
• You will handle complaints and returns carefully and in a solution-oriented manner
• You will maintain and update accounting-related data in the relevant systems

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will have gained several years’ experience in bookkeeping
• You are proficient in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
