• You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure the correct account allocation and posting of all day-to-day business transactions
• You will independently carry out account reconciliation and maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, prepare tax documents and work closely with tax advisers and auditors
• you will independently prepare and interpret meaningful analyses and reports for senior management, whilst supporting day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• You will also handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, manage fixed asset accounting and be responsible for financial reporting

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training as an accountant (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ professional experience in finance and accounting
• You are confident in using standard MS Office programmes as well as accounting and ERP systems, ideally DATEV
• Your command of German is business-fluent
• You are characterised by analytical thinking and a strong aptitude for numbers
• You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility
