• You process the ongoing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• You prepare and carefully check operating cost statements
• You clarify accounts and reconcile open items
• You coordinate the use of credit balances in cooperation with specialist departments and clients
• You support controlling, especially in connection with funding measures
• You are the contact person for internal and external clients
• With regard to accounting and tax issues:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), office communication assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with a focus on the property industry
• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable characterises you
• Experience in account clarification and reconciliation of accounting issues
• Good knowledge of operating cost accounting and the German Commercial Code
• You are confident with SAP, This is desirable for you
• You have knowledge of tax law, VAT law and the operating and heating costs ordinance
• You have fluent written and spoken German at a minimum B2 level
• You are characterised by a conscientious, careful and structured way of working, strong communication skills, a professional manner in dealing with internal and external contacts, results-oriented actions and entrepreneurial thinking
