• You’ll assist with day-to-day bookkeeping
• You’ll assign invoices in the ERP system
• You’ll check, correct and record incoming and outgoing invoices
• You prepare documents and records for financial accounting
• You monitor open items and carry out account reconciliations
• You maintain and manage accounting data and documents, and take responsibility for documentation

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have gained experience in bookkeeping
• Ideally, you have experience with common accounting and ERP systems, e.g. DATEV, Lexware or SAP
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Discretion, reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
