You will be responsible for the account allocation and posting of day-to-day business transactions; this also includes checking and posting incominginvoices and outgoing invoices. You will also be responsible for monitoring payment transactions and the dunning process, as well as carrying out bank account reconciliation and general account reconciliation. You will also be responsible for preparing VAT return estimates. Furthermore, you will assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Your responsibilities also include liaising with the tax consultancy and audit firm. Last but not least, you will contribute to the optimisation of accounting processes.

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or office administrator (m/f/d)
• You have also gained several years’ professional experience in bookkeeping
• You are confident in using MS Excel and standard bookkeeping software (e.g. DATEV, SAP, Lexware)
• You are characterised by a precise, structured and independent approach to your work
• Reliability, team spirit and strong communication skills round off your profile
