• You will check, allocate to accounts and post all vouchers, including cash and bank transactions
• You will independently process electronic interfaces in the accounting system
• You will reconcile accounts and continuously maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable master data
• You prepare and check all the company’s payment transactions
• You process any reminders that arise and monitor the dunning process
• You manage outstanding items for debtors and creditors to ensure liquidity
• You record and maintain fixed assets and special items for accounting purposes
• You prepare the monthly financial statements, including accruals and explanations of variances
• You will prepare auditable annual accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• You will provide specialist advice to the various departments on finance-related matters

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ professional experience in financial accounting, as well as in-depth knowledge of how to independently and comprehensively process all business transactions
• You are confident in using MS Office

as well as with modern accounting software

• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
