Duties: • Accounts receivable and accounts payable • General ledger accounting • Preparing and verifying VAT returns • Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements • Invoicing for installation and repair orders • Debt collection; reconciling discrepancies internally and with customers • Preparing advance payment invoices • Posting and allocating incoming invoices • Submitting statistical reports • Assisting with preparations for tax audits

Profile: • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship • Several years’ professional experience in the described area of responsibility, preferably in mechanical and plant engineering • Good command of English • Experience in using ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics Navision • Proficiency in standard software and MS Office applications • Independent, structured and responsible approach to work • Strong team player
