• As an accountant, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the German companies as well as for the Group in an international environment in accordance with HGB
• You will process accrual and deferral accounts and ensure the monthly closing entries for the consolidated financial statements
• In close cooperation with the accounting teams, you will carry out tasks to prepare the financial statements for the German companies, reconcile income statement and balance sheet accounts and prepare documents for auditors:
• Your tasks will also include consolidating the groups including all subsidiaries, carrying out intercompany transactions and preparing reports
• In addition, you will be responsible for liquidity planning and monitoring, providing support with balance sheet analyses and plausibility checks and actively participating in projects to optimise finance-related processes

• You have a degree in economics with a focus on finance and controlling or a completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as an accountant (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the accounting department of an international company or in an auditing or tax consulting firm
• You also have sound knowledge of national and ideally international accounting and tax law.
