• You will independently post day-to-day business transactions and allocate the relevant documents to the correct accounts
• You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting
• You will process payment runs and regularly reconcile bank and cash accounts
• You will monitor outstanding items and manage the dunning process
• You will prepare advance VAT returns and summary declarations, and liaise with the tax advisers on these matters
• You will assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, recognise provisions and accruals, and prepare the reports
• You will prepare business analysis reports for internal use
• You will be available to provide information and supporting documents in response to enquiries from auditors
• You analyse accounting processes and continuously improve them
