• You will be responsible for handling all sector-specific accounting tasks
• You will be responsible for independently preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• You will be responsible for preparing business plans
• You will liaise with auditors and tax advisers

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience would be an advantage, but is not a requirement
• Ideally, you will also have knowledge of the property sector
• Working with precision and dedication comes naturally to you
• The ability to identify and solve problems, as well as strong communication skills in German, round off your profile
