• You will manage fixed asset accounting in accordance with commercial and tax law requirements
• You will manage the company’s accounts and monitor them on an ongoing basis
• You check account statements for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• You track payment deadlines and ensure they are met
• You issue invoices and are also responsible for the dunning process and receivables management
• You reconcile incoming and outgoing payments and post them to the accounts
• You assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and support the closing process
• You prepare and submit the necessary information and documents for financial and tax audits
• You post day-to-day business transactions in the ERP system and allocate them to the correct accounts with care

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have gained experience in bookkeeping
• You also have knowledge of commercial law, particularly accounting regulations
• You are confident in using MS Office and in applying ERP and CRM programmes
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
