Accountant (m/f/d)

• 1–2 days’ remote working following induction

• You will be responsible for independently handling day-to-day financial and general ledger accounting for several sites
• You will be responsible for receivables management, including the dunning process, as well as the processing and monitoring of payment transactions
• You will be responsible for managing and reconciling petty cash accounts
• Accounts reconciliation and the posting of day-to-day business transactions will also fall within your remit
• In addition, you will be responsible for preparing tax documents and liaising with tax advisers:
• You will play an active role in optimising and further developing commercial processes
• Preparing data for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements rounds off your role

• a completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, and you have completed further training as an accounts clerk (m/f/d)
• you have already gained several years’ experience in financial and accounts clerical work
• You are naturally confident in using accounting software and Excel
• You are a team player and value discretion
