• You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping independently
• You will check, allocate to accounts and post all business transactions
• You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounts
• You will handle payment transactions and monitor outstanding items
• You will then carry out the dunning process
• You will reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• You will assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• You will prepare financial analyses and reports

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship in finance or accountancy
• You also have practical professional experience in financial accountancy, ideally in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• You are confident using MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German
• You are characterised by accuracy, a sense of responsibility and discretion
• You possess strong analytical skills and a structured approach to your work
• Teamwork, strong communication skills and the ability to take the initiative come naturally to you
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
