• You will be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable, including receivables management
• You will process documents and preliminary accounting tasks in general ledger accounting with SAP
• You will assign, create and check payment and posting requests as well as all associated documents
• You will also be responsible for the correct allocation of incoming payments and the clarification of payments that cannot be allocated
• You will prepare receipts, make them payable and post them in general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• you coordinate and provide technical support to other departments, act as a contact person and contribute to the drafting of guidelines
• you actively support activities relating to the annual financial statements and contribute your expertise

• You have completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a tax clerk (m/f/d), completed further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in the areas of responsibility mentioned will benefit you
• Ideally, you are familiar with the relevant legal regulations (SGB, SVRV, SRVwV etc.)
• In the best case, you have knowledge of working with phoenics.applications
• very good ERP software knowledge, preferably in SAP (S4/Hana), characterises you
