• You will be responsible for day-to-day financial accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting
• You will carry out plausibility checks on posted transactions
• Maintaining and updating master data will also form part of your responsibilities
• You will prepare and finalise monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• You will assist in resolving open items in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• You will monitor and post day-to-day transactions relating to fixed assets
• You will calculate and post provisions and accruals as part of the year-end closing process
• You will liaise with related departments on accounting matters
• You will prepare financial accounting analyses and reports for reporting purposes

• You have a degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance/Controlling, or have completed an apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or accounts clerk (m/f/d)
• You have gained solid experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting
• You are confident in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• You are naturally proficient in using standard accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• We require you to have a high level of proficiency in spoken and written German
• you are characterised by a strong aptitude for numbers and analytical thinking, as well as a structured and precise approach to your work
