• You will have overall responsibility for finance and accounting, including bookkeeping, financial reporting and consolidation
• You will prepare and review our monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) within the stipulated deadlines, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability
• You will also be responsible for the valuation, posting and tracking of advance VAT returns, provisions and accruals
• You will also manage cash flow planning, liquidity monitoring and payment approvals
• You will play an active role in shaping process management and organisational development
• You will also act as the point of contact for auditors, tax advisers, banks and public authorities
• You will be responsible for the monthly preparation of KPI reports, as well as the management, development and motivation of around 5 staff members (hands-on)
• You will help develop flexible and effective structures and processes within your area of responsibility
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for helping to shape the company’s strategy as a sparring partner to the CEO
• Trust-based collaboration with the shareholders rounds off your role

• you have a degree in business administration or economics and have passed the examination to qualify as a chartered accountant (m/f/d)
• you have already gained experience in the fashion industry
• Dealing confidently with tax advisers, auditors and senior management comes naturally to you
• ideally, you are familiar with working with ERP systems, particularly MS Dynamics
• furthermore, you have a sound grasp of financial reporting under the German Commercial Code (HGB), IFRS and valuation issues relating to fixed and current assets
• Your strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as your sense of responsibility, are a real asset
• You possess excellent communication skills across different hierarchical levels and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Furthermore, you combine a proactive approach with team spirit, initiative and the ability to work well under pressure
