• You will be responsible for financial, payroll and tax accounting for clients across various sectors and company structures
• You will act as the point of contact for any queries relating to accounting
• You will carry out day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain the relevant accounts in DATEV
• You will carry out reconciliation and verification processes in your specialist area independently and meticulously
• You will prepare documents for monthly and annual financial statements and assist in their compilation
• Communication with tax offices, social security authorities and other government bodies is also part of your responsibilities
• You will check receipts and accounting documents for completeness and accuracy
• You are experienced in using DATEV applications such as Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, EO-Comfort and DUO
• You will contribute to the digitalisation and optimisation of internal accounting processes

• You have completed a training programme as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable commercial qualification
• You have already gained at least 2 years’ professional experience in financial or payroll accounting
• you have a good knowledge of DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen
• ideally, you have already worked with DATEV EO-Comfort and DUO
• You feel confident using digital tools and new applications
• You work in a structured, meticulous and reliable manner
• You are a team player and have a confident manner when dealing with clients and colleagues
