You will process all business transactions within accounts payable and be responsible for account maintenance and reconciliation, as well as master data maintenance. You will also handle the processing of travel expenses and credit card statements and assist with general tasks. You will stand in for colleagues in the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments. You will prepare reports and support the Accounting Team Leader. You will contribute to project tasks and the preparation of monthlyand annual financial statements

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
• You have professional experience in accounts payable or financial accounting
• You have a sound knowledge of account maintenance and account reconciliation
• You are confident using MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as standard accounting software
• You have knowledge of accounts receivable and the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• You are characterised by a structured, meticulous and reliable approach to your work
• You have a good head for figures and work accurately even when the workload is high
• You are a team player and communicate openly
