• You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and take full responsibility for them
• You will prepare and finalise the financial statements for individual companies as well as for the consolidated financial statements
• You will coordinate and carry out intercompany reconciliations between the companies
• In accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting, you will handle all accounting processes accurately and efficiently
• You will post day-to-day business transactions and reconcile accounts, for example as part of account reconciliations and account analyses
• You will make accruals and provision entries and prepare closing entries
• You will actively support the team in day-to-day accounting tasks
• You will drive forward the digitalisation and optimisation of financial processes and contribute your own suggestions for improvement
• You will use MS Office applications to produce reports and overviews of figures and financial statements

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial business administrator (m/f/d) or financial accountant (m/f/d), or a degree in Business Administration
• You have already gained experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting
• You have a sound knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and are confident with figures
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Furthermore, you work in a structured and independent manner and maintain a clear overview even in complex situations
• You impress with your flexibility and quick grasp of new concepts
• You are highly self-motivated and possess strong analytical skills
• You are a reliable team player and enjoy working with colleagues
