• You will be responsible for the account assignment and posting of all business transactions, using Sage as a central working tool
• You will be involved in preparatory measures for the preparation of financial statements and will be independently responsible for the financial statements of small companies in the future, also in Sage
• you support the department in communicating with tenants and on insurance issues
• statistical reports and selected special topics are also part of your area of responsibility, and you prepare the relevant data with Sage
• as a valued contact for authorities and tax consultants:
• Inside you answer questions about the business transactions managed in Sage
• You reliably take on general administrative tasks, with Sage providing you with important support in day-to-day business

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), preferably with additional qualifications; Alternatively, you have completed further training as a tax specialist (m/f/d) or accountant (m/f/d)
• you have solid knowledge of Sage software
• you are confident in using MS Office, especially MS Excel
• good communication skills, team skills, reliability and a high level of commitment characterise you
• your working style is independent, flexible, careful and discreet
