• You will check, allocate to the correct accounts and post incoming invoices carefully and on time
• You will post bank statements, including payment transactions
• In the event of late payments, you will handle the dunning process where necessary
• You will reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• You will assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and prepare the relevant entries and documentation
• You will carry out day-to-day bookkeeping using Sage KHK software

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
• You have professional experience in bookkeeping, particularly in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting
• Initial experience with Sage KHK is an advantage, but not essential
• You work meticulously, in a structured manner and reliably, including when preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• You are confident with numbers and standard MS Office applications
• You impress with your strong communication skills
