• You are responsible for posting accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions in the IT system
• You also carry out payments and dunning independently
• You also post G/L accounts and bank accounts
• In addition, you take over the travel expense accounting
• Together with the tax consultant:
• you prepare the annual and monthly financial statements (also independently, depending on your level of knowledge)
• last but not least, you make internal suggestions for improvement at quarterly meetings

• You have completed commercial training, for example as an office administrator (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d), administrative assistant (m/f/d) or alternatively a degree in business administration
• In addition, you have already gained at least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Further training in finance or as an accountant would be an advantage for you
