• You will check, allocate to the correct accounts and post incoming invoices in the IT system
• You will be responsible for posting payments, taking into account cash discounts and other payment arrangements
• Your responsibilities also include resolving discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments
• You will be responsible for managing the bank and cash accounts

• You have completed a vocational qualification, e.g. as a financial accountant (m/f/d), bookkeeper (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in bookkeeping
• You’re confident with numbers and have no trouble using Excel and Word
• You’re known for your meticulous, independent and reliable approach to work
