• You will support the existing team in all accounting-related tasks and thus contribute to the smooth running of the finance department
• Your focus will be on the system-side entry of all invoices in the SAP system, in particular the goods invoices
• you carefully check the recorded invoice data and carry out the postings independently in the system to ensure correct and transparent payment transactions
• after successful posting, you archive the goods invoices neatly in tab folders and store them securely in the archive

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of current professional experience in accounting, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you are confident in dealing with accounting records via SAP and can do this independently and correctly
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, which ensures professional communication and the reliable understanding of documents
• You are characterised by an independent, autonomous and structured way of working - you approach tasks in a solution-oriented and efficient manner
• You have a valid work permit and can therefore be deployed immediately
