• You will prepare and carry out the monthly payroll, you also maintain personnel master data and time-recording systems
• as the point of contact, you assist staff, health insurance providers, authorities and government departments with enquiries regarding payroll, tax and social security
• you post all business transactions (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, cash) on an ongoing basis
• You reconcile and clear accounts, and also assist with monthly and annual financial statements
• You check, allocate and post incoming invoices; you process payments and monitor payment deadlines
• You maintain vendor master data and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and specialist departments
• You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and value assets and provisions
• You draft the management report and act as the final point of contact for auditors, tax advisers and regulatory authorities

• You must have completed training as a qualified accountant (m/f/d), accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the relevant specialism is an essential requirement
• You are proficient in using MS Office and standard accounting software (e.g. DATEV, SAP)
• You work meticulously, in a structured manner and independently
• Finally, you impress with your aptitude for numbers and discretion when handling sensitive data
