• You will issue outgoing invoices for the service calls carried out
• You will make the necessary invoicing documents available in various third-party systems
• You will monitor the timely processing of invoices in close coordination with the service office
• You will support the team in checking and posting incoming invoices
• You will maintain customer and supplier master data in the system
• You will carry out general administrative and organisational tasks as part of your day-to-day work
• You check entries for completeness and accuracy
• You liaise with colleagues and customers regarding queries about invoices
• You contribute to the proper filing and documentation of accounting records

• You have completed a vocational qualification as

a tax clerk (m/f/d), an industrial clerk (m/f/d),

Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)

or a comparable qualification

• You have relevant experience in bookkeeping
• You are confident in using MS Office and the ERP system
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
